Dog Hill Media takes inspiration from the dogs that lived in Clarksville, Tennessee back in the 1800’s. On a particular hill there (which became known as Dog Hill), the local canines would gather and howl at the whistles of passing steamships and trains.
With howling there’s not a lot of guesswork involved. It’s pure, honest communication that travels for miles and gets straight to the point: “We don’t like your train whistle Mr. Train Conductor! Knock it off!” or “Hey Rex, Lassie, Fido – we’re up here on the hill – come join the party!”
The writers at Dog Hill Media are committed to providing our readers with quality articles, stories and reviews. We promise to call a spade a spade, and we’ll have some fun along the way, too. We hope you’ll enjoy our website.
